Service Cancellation Policy At Locks of Virtue Beauty Spa, we respect your time and kindly ask you to respect ours. • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $75 late cancellation fee. • To reschedule after a late cancellation or no-show, clients must also pay their deposit again, plus an additional 10% of the original deposit fee. • All deposits are non-refundable; however, they always go toward your scheduled service. • If you must cancel and do not wish to rebook, your deposit will be placed in a reserve balance that can be used toward retail products or gift cards at a later date. • Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in restricted booking access. Agreement: By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy. A signed acknowledgment form will be kept on file for all clients.
CANCELLATION POLICY
At Locks of Virtue Beauty Spa, appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests. Appointments canceled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 24 hours’ notice will require payment of 50% of the scheduled service amount before a future appointment may be booked. This payment is not an additional fee. The amount paid will be applied toward the final balance of the rebooked service appointment. However, if the client cancels, reschedules, or fails to attend the rebooked appointment for the same service a second time, the 50% payment will be forfeited and will not be credited toward any future service. An additional payment may be required before another appointment can be scheduled. We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may occur and reserve the right to review exceptional situations on a case-by-case basis. By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
