Service Cancellation Policy At Locks of Virtue Beauty Spa, we respect your time and kindly ask you to respect ours. • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $75 late cancellation fee. • To reschedule after a late cancellation or no-show, clients must also pay their deposit again, plus an additional 10% of the original deposit fee. • All deposits are non-refundable; however, they always go toward your scheduled service. • If you must cancel and do not wish to rebook, your deposit will be placed in a reserve balance that can be used toward retail products or gift cards at a later date. • Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may result in restricted booking access. Agreement: By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy. A signed acknowledgment form will be kept on file for all clients.
